IF the Fed is serious about cutting rates-- and I think they are -- we're done going down. I really wanted to see NDX 2200, but I di dnot wait. I jumped on board SUNW in a big way at 84 today and will play it with a stop. The IBD indicator is good for bringing in money from the sidelines. I did my part with the 401 money and sent a big chunk in today.ggggg
