here's what AUDC said in their last cc concerning NSMM:
Question: On the competitive front, can you talk a b little bit about where, if anywhere, you're seeing Natural Microsystems? Is it becoming more competitive, less competitive, or in what areas do you see them most?
Shabtai Adlersberg: Natural Microsystems is, of course, very strong and entrenched in the single link areas, telephony spaces. Think it's a company that's in the market since the middle of the '80s, so many accounts already entrenched in. We have not seen them coming to our performance in terms of the voiceover IT processing. When you talk about voiceover IT processing, you need to combine density, power consumption, cost per channel, various other factors. And I think, all in all, if you take all of those into account, you'll find out that most of the leading vendors in the high density area have chosen us, rather than our competition. |
