True enough but we were just coming out of recession at that time, not going into one. And rates were double digit at the time. I guess when the Dow breaks 11200 I'll be more convinced of that parallel. As for tech, I put us at the September 1990 rally on the Nik which got 1/2 way back to its 33000 double top (about 3300 on the COMPX assuming the 4200 double top).
