<i.If you have ever been to a Toys R Us store in December, you know that you would pay any price to not have to shop there at this time of year!!!

This is very true LOL.

Amazon under their August agreement.
I'm sure that some Amazon customers are directed to Toys R Us, and might buy some of their order from this store...but I would still think that this would be a win/win for both companies

The article indicated 33% give or a take a little margin of error of the items being sold through the Amazon site are Toys R US items. Yes there is an agreement that Amazon receives a fee for handling the fulfillment and the web site. However, that fee is far less than the selling price of the toy. The selling prce of the toy is no longer an Amazon revenue item. The article is vague because quatifying now is difficult. We will see this in the numbers in January when they are reported. There also was the strike rumor which is likely just that; a rumor.

I know everyone thinks the deal between Toys R Us and Amazon is a win win situation. This is getting messier as the Amazon site seems to be regularly crashing. Twice today alone so far.
