No, I don't, at least not for sure. My broker and I think it is just anticipation of the shares that may hit the market from Walsh Manning. (See the May 15th press release for more information.) The drop seemed to be on low volume, although as the price got lower, the volume picked up. There were also some big blocks purchased. I saw a couple of 5,000 share blocks, and a 10,000 share block that looked like buys.
