Information on TDWV Shares...

I received this response from Mr. Kline, President of the company this evening. I thank him for
being so prompt in replying to my questions regarding o/s shares, float, and restricted shares.
Here is his response:

Thank you for your compliments.

As I am answering your email after regular business hours I can not give you exact share
numbers but only approximations.

The current number of outstanding shares is approximately 52 million shares. The current
number of shares in the public float is approximately 8 to 9 million.
Approximately 27 million of the 52 million outstanding shares are from recent acquisitions and
are restricted under Rule 144. After the Rule 144 restrictions are
lifted we have additional restrictions on the shares that do not allow for more than 150,000
shares to be sold per month.

As for shares issued in our past acquisition, they are also restricted under Rule 144 and after
such restriction expires no more then 100,000 shares can be sold per month.

Also, an important fact to remember, anyone that has received a large amount of shares as
part of an acquisition would not sell large amounts of shares that the market could not bear
after their restriction are lifted because it would lower the value of their other share holdings.
