P.P.S. Truth be known, I'm trying to lose weight.

Truth be known, aren't we all.

I am around 5'9" and at one time was over 200 lbs.

When I graduated from high school I weighed around 160.

Now I am around 165, but the weight has redistributed.

I need to lose about ten more pounds.

I need to exercise, but the only exercise I really enjoy is sex. My wife tires of that exercise much too quickly.

My only vice is BlackJack, which is mostly sugar.

My Dad, bless his soul, gave up smoking and drinking. He said he would never be too old to give up sex. He said his only vice was coffee. He drank that until he died.

I don't drink coffee.

I prefer BlackJack.
