If you want to finish of Saddam Hussein, then volunteer for a covert mission to do so. I believe he was left in power to serve as a counterbalance to Iran. Anyway, Clinton is not a great humanitarian for keeping those sanctions in place for so long and inflicting so much suffering on the innocent. I'm sure you are willing to overlook the deaths of 800k, many of them children, because you like Clinton so much. Clinton is a scumbag. He does what suits him and only him.
