NEW NIGHT SIGHTS CONTRACT FOR 21ST CENTURY TECHNOLOGIES INC 21st Century Technologies Inc. (Pink Sheets: TEXN) announced today that it’s wholly owned subsidiary Innovative Weaponry Inc. (IWI) has entered into an agreement with IMX American Firearms Group (IMX) of LaGrange, Georgia. IMX used to market nights sights manufactured by Meprolight through the name Hesco for the last twelve years. As of December 1, 2000 IWI will manufacture the IMX Night Sight line of tritium powered night sights. IMX customers will be pleased to know that the new IWI sights will offer higher margins, more options for the user and a longer warranty. This new contract will bring in approximately $1.2 million per year to IWI over the next five years. The first order has already been received, and with an anticipated 300% increase in revenues, the IMX contract promises to make 2001 a big year for IWI.
