I just heard the the Dem attorney in the Federal Circuit Court is arguing that under FL law hand recounts are discretionary - not mandatory!

The Dems, under Boies argued the opposite throughout the FL courts.

btw, Doris Kearns Goodwin and Stephen Ambrose agreed on MSNBC that Nixon conceded despite the efforts of Eisenhower to have the Attorney General go after the rampant Dem vote fraud in Chicago. Nixon asked Eisenhower to stop.

Nixon also asked the Chicago Tribune to stop its series of articles exposing the huge vote fraud that Kennedy, Daley and the Mob committed in Chicago's Cook county. Nixon said that the US was a model for emerging democracies and exposing the Dem corruption of the electoral process would hurt the nation and help its enemies throughout the world.
