I talked with someone that was at the meeting. They said there were 2 or 3 shareholders that were quite unhappy with the lack of progress. Apparently those shareholders sold their shares after the meeting, thus accounting for the brief drop yesterday. There was an open discussion on what mistakes they have made over the past year and what they plan on doing to correct those things this year. The purchase of TL Phipps appears to be quite a strong point for growth. There will be a very strong focus on sales now. TL Phipps already had a new $350,000 contract just since the acquisition last week. They expect an 80-90% likelhood of one more acquisition this year. The Texas Video & Post acquisition is on hold right now because they said TVP was suddenly wanting to a lot more $$$. (IMHO, I doubt the TVP deal will happen since they got TL Phipps for so much less than what TVP was wanting.) Overall, my friend thought the meeting was real good. Personally, I am glad to see the focus on SALES that TL Phipps has. The guy that sold TL Phipps to CVIA will stay on in a capacity that allows him to put more effort into sales. THAT, to me, is the MOST important thing they need to do next. I'm glad to see someone taking the lead there. That's all I have for now. Brad
