Thanks,but Josey told me to get off fat and carbos and get on more protein and fruit and veggies and lots of water. I am working out 40 min per day cardio and 30minutes weights three out of every four days,fourth day off.I am going on 5 hours sleep per day and never felt better,thanks to Josey and the Crazy train crew!
