There is an 8k filed with SEC that talks about re-scheduling an $80 million note that is due in March..... This note does not appear in the financial profile provided by MarketGuide.... First thing I do when a low priced nas comes around is go for the FreeEdgar to see if there are any S-3's or other signs (prospectuses) of share issuance, as with the current credit crunch the only way to raise cash is selling shares for most of these small guys.....JD
