Excuse me, but even with a 12" (300mm) wafer, I get an area of 3.14 x (150)^2 = 70650 mm^2. At 200 mm^2, there could never be more than 350 candidate die. At your highly optimistic 90% yield and $90, that's no more than $28K/wafer.

With a 200 mm wafer, its $13K/wafer.

Pretty far from $60K/wafer in either case.
