After the O.J. case, I've come to the conclusion that anything can happen in a courtroom and I'm not about to get into a political discussion about who should or should not be President or any rulings that were made, right or wrong. I can't change anything and it's not up to me to pass judgement and it makes little difference to my companies anyway. Alan Greenspan and the fed do though as they control liquidity.

I have invested in AMCC for a number of reasons:

David Rickey and Co.
Previous financial performance of the company since David Rickey returned.
Design wins, design wins, design wins! which are gonna bring the company future financial blessings for years out.

Wowee! You're looking out 20 quarters? Well... 5 years from now we're going to wonder what was the fuss over the short term moves as the chart is going to make it look like we were fretting over such small potatoes. Amazing what happens to the chart when the stock gets split a few times.

As far as valuation... well amcc is expensive and yes it could just drift lower. But I believe that the company will continue to provide growth and much of the valuation question will go away when earnings continue to rise. What value the street puts on the company is up to the market.

Actually, I hate these one day mega moves.
