You are too involved with Bush / Gore and the only thing that will make you happy is a Bush win else impeachment of judges. US constitution does not work that way. that's the way of the communists, dictatorships and banana republics. I am not interested in 'what' the decision is. I am interested in the basis in law and fact on which they arrived at that decision. Nothing is this world is obvious. And there is no chance of impeachment for an incorrect decision even if it is biased. BTW if there is an impeachment, then there should also be a 'conspiracy' charge since the FL SC was unanimous in their decision. Also the reason we have superior courts, appeals courts and SC so that the judgements can be appealed. But one you reach the SC you have exhausted all your avenues. Then its time to move to Canada.
