The announcement was made first thing yesterday morning. The stock was up $2 on the announcement to $54. Then the market went south and as we all saw, took a lot of the techs down with it. If yesterday had been an up day, I think that we would have seen this stock close in the $55 range. As far as institutional ownership, I think that its closer to 70%, but I'll check. Bear Stearns targets this stock to be $60 short-term. The CEO is very bullish on a strong quarter. MCAF has a history of beating estimates. -Tim
