Caution is advised on the rally in the NASDAQ that occurred yesterday. The chart recovery, to be valid, should have taken longer than one day. Tax sellers will probably use the rally to sell into. If the COMP can hold above 2650, we have probably seen the bottom for the year. Short the rally and cover anywhere above 2650. Or don't! It's way too risky.
