Finally, I actually got you CB...not more than 2 days ago, I was slammed(but I can't remember by whom) for making a comment re: Clarence Thomas appearing to forget that he was black.

In far more elegant subtlety than my overt post, did you not just make the same assertion about Judge Clark?

You're not an easy one to trip up, but I think you see how similar we all are, despite our political differences.

BTW, they used alot more than hypertechnicalities to stop people from voting in the past...fire hoses, German Shepherds, and the noose were also used.
