Hi Carl - re: Boies, but 2 days would make a big difference. I mean, Dec 12th still holds a lot of magical power. To paraphrase Mr Boies, it is curtain time. Or use my ill fated stock activities as an analogy, had yesterday rally happened last Fri, I would not ve liquidated some of my holdings on Fri in fear of a margin call on Monday <G>!

I think it is bias b/c the newspaper seems to have a unique slant [if you catch my drift <g>,] and the case comparison is not quite right, even from untrained [legally] eyes.
