Explain to me, after two weeks of the chant "Count all the votes" , why David Biose, lead counsel for Algore, argued (In his closing) against counting the under-votes from Collier and other counties.

The truth is that despite 3 distinct opportunities to request a recount of all votes, Algore never did. Not before the canvasing boards. Not before the FL Supreme Court and not as part of a contest.

And when an intervenor in the election Contest suggested that any remedy would need to include Collier and other counties, Algore objected.

Truth and reality my dear, deal with it.
