A very positive research note.

From Chase H&Q -- strong buy, Focus list. Next 12 months -- this stock is a double (possibly a triple). Very little downside risk at this point. When sentiment turns positive on the group...MCRL should be a major beneficiary.

I'm sure if this is a near-term pump-and-dump or not. Caviat-emptor.
