nicely summing up the complacency pervading the marketplace, today's CNBS 'guest expert' just opined that 'normally you have to go back and re-test the lows, but not this time, as there is too much good news'.

i'm not sure if the 'good news' referred to the AAPL warning or the sharp downward revision in Q3 productivity and upward revision in unit labor costs.

conclusion: lows not only to be re-tested, but broken with authority early next year at the latest...by the end of January no more talk of bottoms...imho.
