A hint ...

I have trouble remembering stuff I don't use regularly. I use a trick to recall some of the key combinations of the Windows key, (that key with a flying Windows logo) that works for me. I think of FRED. A short name, and since I know a Fred, easy enough to remember. Here's how the key works.

Windows+F opens Find
Windows+R opens Run
Windows+E opens Explorer
Windows+D Desktop: Maximizes or minimizes all windows

Windows+Pause, which opens Properties, I usually forget.

I find I only learn key combinations one at a time, and only remember them if I use them regularly. That way, I quickly forget what I don't use.

Can anyone defrag a brain?

Cheers, PW.
