I think your timing if you take a little flyer on this could not be better. They are doing a very small private placement and need to keep the price under .40 for a day or two at least to register it so the insiders are making sure it does not run away just yet. Couldn't provide a better chance since the casing is being set to 600 ft ( because of high pressure concerns) as we write these notes and the target is a monster. I hear repeatedly that Steve Pappajohn who is the Ex coal bed methane expert for Amoco and who now is running this project is very optimistic about hitting big. Val can give you the whole rundown on the story. I wish I had waited until right now to get in - no holding costs and all the potential for a 10Xer. If they miss it goes to .15 or so as a shell so it is an all or none type play with good odds.
