Y-ike... dunno...I would think if they received the money. It would be reported as revenue. They could play with the float for anywhere from 3 to 90 days...?? Insurance companies have been doing that sh*t since the begining of time... Now if they don't receive the money...and report it as report it as report it as having received it...Well...thats gaming the system....I guess they used to call it Fraud....They used to call stealing stealing...Now they call it gaming the system...Used to Be when you stole a BILLION dollars from somebody...It meant something....
