Thanks for your kind reply .. now that I ( know from disclosed testimony ) that you're young, pretty, AND idealistic/realistic .... cause I'm just old, cranky, fatbaldandugly, AND highly dubious concerning most everything.... You're most likely correct in the overall aspect of the differing legal assessment of Dems and Repubs at the beginning of this run to court marathon in which we're (the nation) the spellbound observers/victims. However, the way it is working out ... I still feel that the Dems did indeed outlawyer the Repubs at the very start .... now during this ongoing ballot app trial ... the Dems are waaaaaaaaaaay legally outgunned by the opposition .... and I'll bet ol LyingAl is getting hoarse from screaming at the tv and at those poor Dems on the phone .....
