i am just sooooo pissed that qdel is still below 4.00 is there no justice in the world of investing...... looking at even the last 4 quarters the p/e is low. and looking out at the analyst's estimates, the stock should be at 7-9 at least with a p/e of 30-35. i cannot believe that with the last two quarters of .08 and .06, this stock is still below where i first bought it. i have poken with several brokers and all i know is that they are bullish on the stock but will not buy more than a little with the lawsuit overhead. look at crummy novell - the stock loses .03 and says it will lose even more next quarter and the stock is at 7..... there are so many lawsuits for patent infringement that i see every day in the news. why is this one so damning for quidel. why dont they just settle the f------ suit and get it over with. the stock would go up even if they settled and agreed to pay the bastards more money for the patents.....so what if the lawsuit is without merit, we are still getting killed here in the trenches.... i hate this market.....the only thing thats keeping this stock down is the fact that im still in it. im sure as soon as i sell, that will be the day they settle and the stock will go up to 10 all these statements are my opinion and so dont get bent out of shape . if i knew anything more than you did i sure would have sold at 5 and bought back at 2.5 is the end anywhere in sight....when will the case go to court. if you know anything, please tell.
