And as an added bonus, Dell announced a few new 1U rack dense servers today and the second generation of it's PowerApp line of appliance servers." most of your mom and pops don't know the benefits of these developments (or their statement that they can deliver such at a significantly improved cost ratio over competitors) they also stated during that presentation that Dell has taken service share from CPQ. that for the first time CPQ has fallen below 30% marketshare (27% or so) and Dell has risin above 20% to around 23%. everyone but the street wants these lucrative contracts
