Well, you still haven't answered the question - why didn't Miami-Dade do the manual recount? I know they decided, at the last minute, that they couldn't do it in time, but they didn't even start until long after the original deadline. The county canvassing board didn't want to do it, and gave in to pressure - I guess I will have to go back and look at the archives myself, I thought they gave in when Gore threatened a lawsuit. Then after they started, they stopped. I am asking about the orginal decision, way back at the beginning, and I don't think you can blame that on Bush.
