Here is the key information, T.P. I am curious if you think they should throw out all the absentee ballots if this information is true.

1) The democrat absentee applications did not have a printing error. This is a FACT that both sides agree to.

2) The repub applications went from the repub offices to the voters, then to Goard's office. The dems went from the dem offices to the voter, back to the dem offices, then to Goard's office. This means that the dems had access (although in a different location) to their applications prior to them being sent out also.

note: this was brought up by the defense in opening statement. I am assuming they will be able to prove it.

3) There is a big inference that repubs fixed their apps and threw the dems apps aside. The apps that would have been set aside had errors other than correcting the printer errors regarding the vin. Very few of these.

4) Also info in the defense opening statement that people were notified via the radio and other methods. Don't know the details yet, but looks like both sides knew of the issue.
