The Democrats will lose the lose Seminole suits and others like them, whether at the trial court, Supreme Court level,
or both.

They'll lose because the remedy they seek---throwing out all absentee ballots---is not appropriate and won't happen.

Conceptually, I have difficulty understanding the difference between sending out applications with preprinted information filled in and filling in the same information later, after the applications were returned.

THe better part of the argument for the Dems may be to
argue that they did not have an equal chance to fix mistakes on returned applications, however, I do not know the details of that claim.

The Rep. fixed the applications because there was a printer's error which infected all the applications.
I do not believe there was a similar problem on the
applications the Democrats mailed out. Consequently, I wonder what problems on Democratic applications the Dems are now alleging they should have had an oppotunity to cure.
I also don't know whether they asked for the opportunity.

All this being said, even if the Democrats did not have an equal chance, the remedy will not be to throw out all the votes.

As I've said elsewhere, given the contents of the FSC's now-vacated opinion, it might even be unconstitutional to throw out all the absentee ballots.
