Not gonna be that easy. In declaring that Fl secretary of States discretion was limited, they used the Florida constitution 2 times. The effect of the ruling, overridding Sec State, Whose power is derived from the constitution was entirely based of Fl Constitution. The net is this, the Supreme Court has the votes to overturn the ruling. This is why the ruling has been vacated. They are being "polite" or "Gentlemanly" if you will, with Florida, allowing them to bow out gracefully if you will. They really dont want to be the ones to decide this, but will if they have to is the other message. To even simplify it further, the US Supreme court has said to Florida : clean up your mess or we will do it for you"
