It is rare to hear a "patriot" advocating ignoring the judiciary and its decisions. That has always been the beginning of tyranny.

In countries where courts are not viewed as authoritative arbiters of civilan and political disputes, there is chaos and partisan fighting in the streets. The rule of law means respect for the courts. Judges gain their offices through a political process as legitimate as that which produces state and federal legislatures.

You remind me of FDR. Didn't he try to devise various means of ignoring or overtuning Supreme Court decisions hostile to the New Deal? And wasn't he skewered by Republicans for this as attacking "the rule of law"?
