re opera:

I been using opera (actually paid for it !) for about 2 months now. The biggest draw back is that it doens't have the same polish as netscape and microsoft. It also however doesn't have the download bloat(and is fairly stable unlike netscape imo) that the fab two do. I had a tough time getting java plugins to work with it so I think to sum it up (at least as of version 4.02) its in the same area as linux is, ie requires much more user intervention to get going and many places require either netscape or ie so you'll still need to keep one of them around.
