bkcraun...."pcb's".....interesting how when pcbs were introduced, they were touted as the greatest thing since sliced cheese....tremendous non hazardous non flammable replacement for insulating oil........no handling or disposal warnings on ge askarel or westinghouse inerteen.....when you drained a power transformer, merely dump the drained liquid on the ground....accepted practice until it was discovered not so benign....
