no needed to gap down back below yesterday's open for a true island. island reversal is gapping down below a band of trading.. better if couple days, but one would work.... hence it gets the name "island" cause it looks like an island. today was simply a gap down opening... you could have called for a gap down open and then 2/3rds or full retracement and you would have nailed it.. -bg-
