It was disappointing to see that the author of this article refers inaccurately to "hacks filling out ballots" rather than "applications for ballots" in Seminole --this is such a serious distinction. He is either careless, or he is being intentionally misleading.

.....the events of Seminole County, where Republican election officials simply invited in a group of party hacks to fill out nearly 5,000 absentee ballots that would otherwise have been disallowed. The problem is that in doing so, they violated the law, since only family members are allowed to legally tamper with those ballots.
