i Don't even understand why earthlink needs them. Other than having a bunch of dialup connections....why do they even need AOL. what does aol bring to the table...if in fact,,,,earthlink was cranking our the high speed connections (as AOL seems to propose)

It's all a joke. They don't need each other. they are competitors...and what AOL brings to the table ...is just what they have always brought to the table....
