The Seminole case cannot be understood outside the concept of the whole atmosphere of this election. That is why narrow questions and precise Gotcha points paint a misleading picture.

There is no doubt that the outcome of Florida should be based on all the votes cast in the state. Since political manipulation has made that difficult, it also affects other parts of the election. So, in the spirit of what's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander, the Seminole case deserves to be decided on narrow technical grounds because, and only because, that is the standards setup by Bush,Baker, etal.

Your points aren't wrong, their are just beside the point.
