I am against the jury nullifying the law by ignoring it. The reason that I brought up a distinction between a jury and a jurist is that I do think that judicial review does lend itself to nullification with proper adjudication (much as the way, I recall, Roe v. Wade opened the door to abortion on demand- I may be wrong there.).
