Can you still use hotkeys? If there are no hotkeys I will definitely close my IB account and go somewhere else. It's funny how IB seems to struggle with this software issue ... it makes no sense to me. What was the point of going to a java platform anyway? All the old software needs is a few little fixes and addition of a few features and it would be perfect. It just seems so obvious that if they gave their traders good software they would generate more commissions for themselves ... I'll never understand it. Thanks to Booters and everyone else who responded to my question about the market orders. I'll play with 'em a bit. One thing I do know is that anyone who used a market order today during that wild spike got creamed. I feel bad for the guy who filled in the 39s on the ES.
