But I never felt you owed me an apology. I understand your dilemma since you are the Chief here. So that makes sense to keep calm and ask everyone to co-operate.

Logic is something hysteria lacks big time. Perhaps I should have placed him on ignore after the first encounter. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Clearly I was mistaken. He simply has the cerebellum permanently in the OOF position (GGGG)
