Oh, I think that if the Florida Supreme Court voided Bush's certification, and Jeb Bush signed off on it, that would be a slam dunk for Gore, don't you? Likewise if the United States House of Representatives refused to accept the votes by the Bush Electors and instead took Gore's.

I admit to having a little smirk at the corner of my mouth.

This whole thing reminds me of stuff I read about in history, like maybe the War of the Roses, or the struggles between the Cavaliers and the Roundheads. You are suggesting that once the legal process has run its course and once the Constitutional process has run its course, then there will be mass insurrection?

But what if the Florida Supreme Court is corrupt? Should we just stand by and let it be corrupt?
