And it is unnecessary...think about it, if the FL SC were to void the current certified slate, don't you think they would do the same to the Legislatures???

If the process works it's way through, and Gore were to get the wins(0.0001 prob), Jeb wouldn't sign off cause he already has. The legislature's action would never be more than either redundant or in contradiction to a blessed selection by the Court.
