MY OPINION:

Market can go either way... Factors:

1. The election that won't end.
2. We are in earnings warnings season. A rumor floating around out there about some big companies that are going to warn... I have heard not so good things about IBM, INTC... again... only rumor.
3. The Fed may or may not move fast enough to keep the economy from crashing----
4. Tax-loss selling.

And on it goes.

Lets be careful out there. I will be ready to trade long or short tomorrow.
