Yes from a long time ago, back when yards were measured in Canada. Did the sprints up to the 440. Found the 440 to be the toughest on me.

Compared to these guys I would be the turtoise and I don't think either Bailey or Johnson will fall asleep.

Bailey will blow him away. There is a rumour that Bailey has an injury but same thing surfaced before he won the 100M. You can't always believe what you hear. Your runners were bragging before the Olympics that they were going to kick some Canadian butt. Incidently, the Canadians also one the 4x100. Unheard of since I've been following the sport.

They are running on a curve so that will favour Johnson as Bailey's event is always run on the straight. His performance in the Olympics were awesome in winning the 200 and 400M.

Actually as far as all out sprinting, if I understand it correctly, they de-acelerate over the final meters after having reached maximum speed. Whoever de-acelerates the least usually wins. It doesn't look like that in actual comptetion but I've seen it measured that way on TV.

Should be a great event.
