This goes to my question of what mechanisms exist by which the courts can effect a change in the electors. It would seem that they'd have to compel officials such as Harris to re-certify, and the governor to sign off. Can they do that? What would happen if Harris/Bush refused? Would we see Jeb Bush jailed for contempt?

This legal farce has gone on long enough. The endless stream of litigation the Dems have been throwing up since their team of lawyers air-dropped into FL on Nov 8 is disgusting and must be forced to an end. From the butterfly ballot to the dimple-counting to the military ballots and now to these hapless absentee voters. Ye gods! Have they no shame? I hope the FL legislature drops an atomic bomb on this charade and let the political chips fall where they may.
