Heinz, I'm sure you are right that both parties cozy up to big biz and here in GA the issue is clouded by the "water war" which has been going on in the courts (and in the press, and public meetings, ect.) between Georgia and Alabama over the reigons water; it seems that Alabama would be glad to get any water, PCB infested or otherwise, before Atlanta gobbles it all up.
