OK. Anyone venture to guess what's going on here. Strange behavior for DITC last three sessions. The first (Monday 12/4) had very little movement until the last hour or so. Then shot up, closed at just over 20, and continued to add gains in AH, hitting $23 (+6). The next session (Tues 12/13) the market made amazing gains, the nasdaq had their largest point gain and percentage gain ever, but DITC opened with a gap up, then pulled back, showing incredible weakness, closing around 19 1/2. Then today, mostly flat but still showing weakness, closed down another point, and then hit $18 in AH.

What's wrong here? DITC has low float, low PE (around 12), good sales, new F/O products coming (also showing more diversification in their product line), and a good management team. The stock is trading near the 52 wk low. Haven't seen any news for awhile.

I'm suspicious when a company's stock with these kinds of fundamentals, trades like this with no news and particularly when the trading is so contrary to overall market direction - especially on a day like Tuesday, where nearly every tech stock in the universe was showing gains of 5 - 10% or more.

Is there something else we need to know, not yet disclosed?

Any comments?

Thanks,
KevinT
